Back when Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union were dating they took a break. During that break Wade got another woman pregnant and fathered a son. For the first time, D-Wade is opening up about his youngest son in his new memoir. Xavier does not live with me so we don't get to see each other every day like I do with my other kids. It makes things challenging at times but it is my job to make sure he never has to carry that weight. What I have come to learn over my life is that fatherhood isn't a monolithic image that looks the same in every household. What have you learned about parenthood that no one told you?
