- The deleted tweet seems to be the new way to amp up the hype.

- They need to add some festival dates to really get out there.
- Depending how this goes, we might get new music out of the deal, too.
- After they finish up in the states they should go across the pond and soak up all the love overseas.

A Twitter account belonging to the hip-hop vets tweeted and deleted the news on Tuesday of 17 North American tour dates. Rakim's management and Eric B. have both confirmed that the tour is legit. The original post said that the 17 dates are just the start.
Though it's been a quarter-century since their last tour, the duo reunited for a one-off performance at the Apollo Theater last July to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Paid in Full.
