Man indicted for murder in deaths of wife and three children in Celebration

A man accused of killing his wife and their three children in their home in Celebration near Walt Disney World in December has been indicted by a Grand Jury on first-degree murder charges and prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Tony Todt.

The bodies of wife Megan and sons 11 year old Tyler and 13 year old Alek and 4 year old daughter Zoe were found in the home last month but were likely killed the month before.

Authorities had gone to the home to serve Todt with a federal arrest warrant when they found the bodies.

"I can't imagine the pain and the agony (family members) are going through," Orange-Osceola State Attorney Aramis Ayala said in announcing the indictment, "but we are going to absolutely do all that we can to make sure that justice is served."

The Medical Examiner says the wife and two boys were stabbed but Zoe wasn't.

Todt is being held without bond in the Osceola County Jail.
