A Volusia County Jail inmate is accused of making bomb threats to several buildings, including the White House and Orlando International Airport.
Deputies say 18-year-old Ethan Russell gave a note to jail officers detailing a plan to blow up seven well known venues.
The note also said he wanted to join ISIS, the Taliban and al-Qaeda.
Russell was in jail on attempted armed burglary charges.
He's being held without bond.
