Today (Dec 10th) marks 23 years of the passing of The Original Human Beat Box, aka "Buff Love, aka, Grandmaster Doc Nice, aka Darren Robinson of The Fat Boys.
The Fat Boys were legendary in my world growing up. From their 1st few albums, their appearance in Krush Groove, and their movie Disorderlies, I was huge fan. I even remember my mom and dad inviting my neighbors over to the house one Saturday afternoon so I could play them The Fat Boys album. They all wanted to hear what The Human Beat Box was all about. It was great.... lol
