Born on Feb 21 1991, and coming from humble grounds of Uptown NYC, the Dominican native better known as DJ “Bodega” Flee, has brought the uptown music flavor to the South in a wicked combination. Having graduated from John F Kennedy High School in the Bronx, Flee began promoting clubs with well-known promoters in the Uptown scene including Jr Da Boss and LaFamille. As an emcee, host, DJ, and community mogul, he brings a set of versatile skills that have allowed him to market himself as an entertainer with abilities to stimulate any crowd while combining all genres of music ranging from Hip Hop, House, Reggae, and traditional melodies from the motherland such as reggaeton, bachata, and merengue. The Uptown Kid has set the stage for southern culture with a new york city vibe and has come a remarkably long way from mixing college parties at Southern Vermont University, where he first attended school to play collegiate basketball. After transferring to Barry University in Miami, DJ Flee was exposed to a bigger music market and became acquainted with many rising artists including well-known rapper Zoey Dollaz.

After an injury ended his basketball career, DJ Flee decided to pursue his music career full throttle and moved to Tampa to explore further opportunities in radio. Upon being introduced to radio personality, “Big Nat”, Flee was presented with the opportunity to join the IHeartMedia family working in promotions. He quickly excelled up the ladder and began making an impression as a guest DJ for 95.7 The Beat. Having become the go-to deejay in the Tampa Bay area, Bodega Flee continues to bring his talents to surrounding areas including Orlando, Sarasota, Miami, Boston, and New York. In this ever-changing market, its more than just providing a party. For Flee, it’s about uniting culture, vibes, and sounds to create unforgettable experiences that will leave people everywhere remembering his name.
