According to a witness, "the ride operator kept speeding up the ride... one kid was literally hanging onto the railing at one point as he moved the ride. He was pushing kids off and could have seriously injured someone."
Police are investigating and consider the woman who was attacked a victim & plan to charge the ferris wheel operator.
