The child had a plastic bag which held a change of clothes and a note. The note read, "child abandoned... no phone number for mom."
Authorities continue to investigate. Reportedly a person connected to the case was arrested in Memphis. I know right... that's what I said... Memphis? But this happened in Mississippi.
