The inmate suffered a concussion and the Cleveland jail officers failed to provide proper medical care to him. Both officers were indicted on charges of felonious assault, unlawful restraint and two counts of interfering with civil rights. One of them was also charged with tampering with evidence for turning off his vest camera so it wouldn't capture audio and video of them beating him. Cowards!
