Polk County school employee Pamela Murphy was arrested this morning after striking a special needs boy in the face and dumping water on a disabled girls head and calling her an obscene name. Reportedly Murphy has a 15-year history of abuse. Why is she allowed to be around children?? How does she have a job working with kids??
