Police are searching for a possible serial killer after a fourth person was shot dead today. Tampa police say residents of the city's Seminole Heights neighborhood reported hearing shots just before 5 a.m. this morning. When officers arrived, they found the body of 60-year-old Ronald Felton in the street. They say Felton had been walking across the street to meet someone when the gunman came up behind him and fired. The mans daughter says he was up so early because he volunteers to feed the homeless at a nearby shelter on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
