Man Chokes Another Man To Death For Peeing Outside Of Restaurant!

A simply family meal at a restaurant turned into a nightmare! A 24-year-old was drunk and went outside to relieve himself while his family remained inside. That's when a sheriffs deputy and her husband accosted the man held him down in a choke hold until he stopped breathing! According to doctor at the hospital where he was pronounced brain dead, John Hernandez dies of strangulation. The incident is under investigation but no one has been arrested. Now I don't understand why he went outside to pee rather that going to the bathroom, but that's no reason to lose your life!
