Ne-yo has 2 kids with his ex Monyetta Shaw and 3 children with his soon-to-be ex-wife Crystal Smith. An now he's reportedly having another child with the mother of his youngest son --who was conceived during his marriage to Crystal. So he has six and possibly another one on way. Crystal has filed for divorce due to his infidelity. Ne-Yo requested a judge to place a gag order on Crystal-- accusing her of causing his career great harm by badmouthing him in the media and online. He's also refused to pay her spousal support.
Ne-Yo had filed for divorce in 2020 but called it off. And the couple had a vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas in April of last year.
