The Houston judge set a $2 million bond for Patrick Xavier Clark because he appeared to be a flight risk. He was caught with a passport, a large amount of cash and an airline ticket to Mexico when he was taken into custody.
If Clark does make bond, he will be placed on house arrest and banned from possessing firearms or drugs-- including marijuana.
The fundraiser which his family started for him, captioned "A businessman, not the murderer of Takeoff," raised $900 in its first day.
