I can not believed they arrested, charged him and took him to jail!! When his wife pulled up and presented his ID, the police said they couldn't un-arrest him. WTF!?? The charge was eventually dropped.
Add 'watering your out-of-town neighbors flowers' to the list of things one can't do while Black... smh.... It's very interesting that the word of the white lady who lives next door was believed by police immediately without an ID.
I hope Pastor Jennings sues the hell out of them.
