The girls mom said she let her daughter go to the apartment where the shooting happened for a birthday celebration. Her daughter and her brother’s son, were making a video when the gun the girl was playing with went off and hit her cousin.
No word where the gun came from. Police continue to investigate conclude whether any charges will be filed in the wake of this sad tragedy.
