Texas Restaurant Kicks Out Family for Wearing Masks

A Texas restaurant manager is defending his actions after he threw out a family because they were wearing masks to protect their at-risk baby. The Wester family said they went to 'Hang Time' in Rowlett, Texas last week and chose to wear masks indoors to protect their immunocompromised 4-month-old child. The mother Natalie Wester stated that the waitress came over, sat down and said 'Our manager told me to come over because I am nicer than he is.. but this is political and I need you to take your masks off.' The owner of Hang Time, Tom confirmed the family was thrown out for wearing masks, he stated “I’ve spent my money on the business, my blood, sweat, and tears in this business, and I don’t want masks in here.”
