To help prevent the spread of germs:
- avoid close contact with those who are sick
- stay at home if you are sick, cover your cough or sneeze
- avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth
- wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- clean & disinfect objects and surfaces.
