Students say the incident started when the teacher confronted the student athlete who supposedly raised her hand to the teacher 1st. The substitute teacher then brutally punched the girl several times before pulling her out of her seat to the floor and stomping on her head.
Regardless of what transpired between the teacher and student, the teacher should NOT have put her hands on that kid like that. I empathize with everything teachers have to deal with now-a-days but in this case, there's no justifying her actions.
