Why would this man take his gloves, stickers, wire cutters, and pliers & cut the brake lines on E-scooters since May? He refused to give police any answers and asked for an attorney as to not incriminate himself. Other than destruction of property, he could be looking at other charges if anyone was injured on a scooter he damaged.
