Tampa Bay Uber Driver Attacked After Passenger Refused to Put Seat Belt On

The passenger looked like something wasn't quite right with him. Reportedly, the driver asking him to put his seat belt back on was the trigger for the attack. He's was arrested for battery and Uber has removed him from the app.
