The two adjoining businesses apparently share a restroom. Police say Jung Soon Wypcha was seen on video using the shared bathroom with the door open five different times in June. She did not wash her hands but stuck her hands into ice cream containers and even picked her nose & put her hands in the ice cream. Surveillance video even caught her spitting into the ice cream containers.
