Burberry Apologizes for Hoodie Design with Noose Around the Neck

Here we go again! Burberry obviously learned nothing from the Gucci situation where the fashion brand designed a sweater that resembled blackface. Why would anyone think that it was a good idea to put a noose on a hoodie???
