The culprit, 48-year-old Geoffrey Cassidy, tried to run away after being caught by former NFL player Tony Beckham, who played for the Tennessee Titans and Detroit Lions. But the former cornerback tackled him and beat him for lurking at his 14-year-old daughters bedroom window.
Cassidy is being held on $1,500 bond in the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim younger than 16 years old.
