Good Samaritan Rescues Baby Crawling Down Middle of Busy Street

The baby’s family didn’t know she crawled out of the house until the neighbor brought her home. Neighbors reportedly said the parents are amazing people. Police investigated. No arrests were made. Child welfare is now investigated.
