Police put handcuffs on the woman's 18-year-old Black grandson & put him in the back of the police cruiser. As you'll hear in the video, the grandmother explained that it was her grandson that was in the car. Can you imagine how terrified he was after police told him to put his hands up, get on his knees & then put him in the back of the cop car???
The officer apologized. He also added that the man who reported it was also Black.
