What in the ‘flight’ is going on here??? Clearly something is wrong with this dude. Perhaps he had some type of mental breakdown or he was under the influence. But you can see in the video, he seems to be talking himself, yelling, making gestures & tossing something up in the air. After running on the tarmac in his boxers, police reportedly arrested the 19-year-old within 5 minutes.
