Grandmother Charged For Having Grandkids Ride in Dog Kennels In SUV

There was no room in the SUV, according to the kids, so their grandmother had them get into the dog kennels in the back of her car. The 62-year-old grandmother was arrested and charged with two counts of child endangerment.
