The comment "shut the f*ck up" aggravated the situation even more and caused it to escalate. The customer threw the styrofoam container of food at them and the lady behind the counter returned the favor before she & the staff came from behind the counter & chased the customer to the front door. Bottom line... it's all bad. It definitely could have been handled better.
