Intense Confrontation Between Passengers & American Airlines Flight Attendant!

A flight attendant allegedly hit a mother with a stroller which brought her to tears & sparked outrage among other passengers-- enough to get involved. Would you have come to her defense?

American Airlines is the latest carrier to learn that everyone has a cell phone and if someone is behaving badly, it will be caught on video.

The airline has grounded one of its flight attendants after a angry confrontation between him and a female passenger who was trying to board a flight with her baby. Witnesses on board the San Francisco to Dallas flight say the male flight attendant violently pulled the woman's stroller away from her as she boarded and may have hit the baby. The mother sobbed as other passengers came to her defense and shouted at the flight attendant. One man got up from his seat to confront the flight attendant and had to be held back.

American Airlines says it is investigating the incident and urges people not to rush to judgement. In a statement the airline says it is "deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident. What we see on this video does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers." It comes just weeks after a passenger named Dr. David Dao was violently dragged off a United Airlines flight.
