Bobi is a purebred Rafeiro do Alentejo, which is a breed of livestock guardian dog - with an average life expectancy of 12 to 14 years. His owner says Bobi only eats human food – which is what he believes contributes to Bobi’s old age.
Nearly 100 people celebrated his big birthday last week, according to the Guinness World Records, with traditional Portuguese food as well as entertainment provided by a dance troupe.
