Army Second Lieutenant, Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino, filed a lawsuit against the two officers earlier this month. The two sides in the case dispute what happened. While the officers contend that he was eluding the police & considered it a "high-risk traffic stop," Nazario's attorney says he was trying to pull into well lit area.
