The beds aren't that big of a deal if you ask me. It's simply the decor. There was a club in Miami years ago called "Bed" that featured V.I.P's with beds.
But the liquor license is most definitely an issue... if alcohol is being served... one would need a liquor license.
Well, it was fun while it lasted... I guess.
